It's been a while since I've seen all them beautiful people. Well, I've had my share of dinners with Fae on the first few days after my transfer to Makati, but heck, I still missed her as if the last time I saw her was too many moons ago. G and Pie were still the same, happy and all shiny-- and we can never really have enough of high school! And who am I to forget my dearest B, Ai... I know Beets is dying of envy! After an exhausting, kill-me-quick interview with Mr. Chawla last Friday, I'm so happy to hear the announcement from Ms. Jen that all my palpitation paid off.
"Congratulations Kaye, you passed the (final) operations interview." says Ms. Jen as she broke the good news. "OMG OMG, thank you Maam! Eeeeeeeeeeeeek!"
I became retarded for 10 seconds.

I'll be having my contract signing sometime next week and will finally be starting my training on the 15th of May. 22nd is the big day! :-)

This is prolly the last day of me being in La Salle, my Alma Mater. I knew all the memories can't be iterated by just these snaps but somehow, this is my way of saying goodbye to Lipa, my college, my second home.
I enjoyed my stay. It opened me to a lot that beyond words could ever explain how much I will treasure. And though I expected too many and too little from this school, in the end, it never let me down. :-)

I was catching up with Kuya sometime after lunch today. He was asking me how my canceled phone interview for IBM went. I just told him that I was rescheduled, and the conversation with IBM's HR (Ms. Jen, the one who was booking my interview to Mr. Chawla, DGM-Head Office) when I was on my way home got pretty alarming.
Kuya: Blah blah.. Kumusta naman ang interview mo?
Me: Okay naman, kaso nabbother ako sa Paris Hilton English ko e.
Kuya: Nasanay ka na kase! Tingnan mo sa FB, Poo the net blah blah ang status mo. Dapat masanay kang mag-corporate english.
Me: *Thinking* Marunong naman ako. Inaral ko naman yun e, diba? BLAME IT ON GOSSIP GIRL AND THE HILLS!
Kuya: *Gives me that see-I-told-you face while making his way upstairs*
And then I recalled the convo yesterday with Ms. Jenny.
Ms. Jen: Hi Kaye, Ms Jenny here. Blaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. Sorry they weren't able to call you up. Normally they would just give up on calling you when your phone cannot be reached. I don't know what went wrong.
Me: But Ms. Jen I was waiting for LIKE, two hours but I wasn't able to receive any.
Ms. Jen: Oh sorry about that, something must have gone wrong. Anyway I'll try to schedule you for an interview maybe, tommorow at 10 PM. Are you in Lucena?
Me: It's okay Maam. I'm still on my way home, But I'll be there in LIKE, 30 minutes.
Yes, I'm bothered by this fake accent upper east side is giving me. But it sounds so bland to use business english everyday, right?

I miss Smoof.
Late nights at the VL court. Breaking skulls, breaking bones. The gun pointed into our heads, priceless.
I miss indulging on cancer sticks once in a while, and now that I'm here, I miss having the unclean living you make me do.
I miss having coffee anywhere the gas takes us, and a lot of good laughs I'm prolly, literally missing bigtime right now.
I miss porksteak-ing and tapsi nights on the underground.
I miss late night BM + teyer combo with Davis. Bitc* talking with Niko, endless "humility" moments with I-Rod, Peptalk with V, Yoga with Paul, and endless random crap with Uno.
I miss year long crabbing and hating of you know what and you know who.
I miss watching you guys say those unforgiveable inside lingos, the ones that I'm alien to at first, but I could perfectly relate to in the end.
I miss Highstreet poserfication, G4, Republ1c with you guys.
I miss being your muse.
I miss being your fan.
I miss being your princess.
I miss you guys, and it's making me screamo already. :-|
